Roots

The problem with much of today’s people, both old and young, is the issue of having no roots. Today I witness many that once were proclaimed Christians now going to and fro chasing after the next new fad. “What belief is everyone following now?” They ask themselves while searching for that new high of religious (or non-religious) ecstasy. Jesus spoke of these people when He spoke about the seeds falling on the different grounds:

“But he who received the seed on stony places, this is he who hears the word and immediately receives it with joy; yet he has no root in himself, but endures only for a while. For when tribulation or persecution arises because of the word, immediately he stumbles.”

Matthew 13:20-21 NKJV

We must be quick to set roots in Christ and to build on the only foundation that is eternal. Each day we need to soak up the word of God as nourishing food for our souls and allow it to take deep root within our hearts and minds. And every waking morning we should start our day with prayer and set our sights on the only One that provides eternal salvation and that can give us eternal life. Look not to your right or left, but always keep your sights set on Jesus Christ and let His Spirit and Word fill and transform your life.

The Coming One World

We must come to realize that the times of the end are at hand and the prophecy’s mentioned in regards to a one world currency, government and religion are not far fetched ideas, but a coming reality.

“These are of one mind, and they will give their power and authority to the beast.”

Revelation 17:13 NKJV

With the introduction of bitcoin and the world gradually becoming a cashless society the promise of the one world currency is already here.

“He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.”

Revelation 13:16-17 NKJV

The UN seeking to unite the world governments and many seeking to strengthen and evolve the UN into the central world power while taking down national barriers and establishing country governorships rather than full on governments; the one world government is already here.

“It was granted to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them. And authority was given him over every tribe, tongue, and nation. All who dwell on the earth will worship him, whose names have not been written in the Book of Life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.”

Revelation 13:7-8 NKJV

The matter of offense and the need to eliminate conflict will result in the elimination of religions. This elimination is already evident within the minds of the younger generations having been put there by schools, universities and modern culture. The idea and desire to see complete unity will ultimately lead to a one world religion that is focused on love and acceptance within its own idea of what constitutes the loved and accepted while doing away with any and all resistant factors; this too has already arrived and is growing rapidly.

“He performs great signs, so that he even makes fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men. And he deceives those who dwell on the earth by those signs which he was granted to do in the sight of the beast, telling those who dwell on the earth to make an image to the beast who was wounded by the sword and lived. He was granted power to give breath to the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak and cause as many as would not worship the image of the beast to be killed.”

Revelation 13:13-15 NKJV

We must come to realize that now is the time to take a stand for Jesus Christ. Now is the time to help others, especially the younger generations, see the truth of what is going on and the evil behind it all. Now is the time to be courageous and stand firm against the attacks that are now here and the greater ones to come against Christianity.

Experiencing True Freedom

I hear the saying all the time, starting from the time of hippies the time of the millenials, all crying out, “We don’t want control! We want to be free to live as we please!” They seek to escape the restrictions of religion for a more enjoyable and flexible lifestyle that pleases them own self’s. Doing and moving about as they please with no control at all, and yet as they go on in this “freedom” they don’t realize that they are not free at all. One may be free from an organized religious ideology, but they are slaves to their own fleshly nature and whatever the philosophy of their mind at a given moment conjures up.

These same people claim to have escaped the bondage of religion and have done away with God, and yet they don’t realize that they have made them ownselves gods, controlled by the swayings of the flesh and desires for pleasure. No matter how much one tries to escape the idea of bondage and attain freedom, they must come to the realization that we are all under control of something or someone, whether it be our flesh and the world, or God.

“For when they speak great swelling words of emptiness, they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through lewdness, the ones who have actually escaped from those who live in error. While they promise them liberty, they themselves are slaves of corruption; for by whom a person is overcome, by him also he is brought into bondage.” (2 Peter 2:18-19 NKJV)

The difference between control from the flesh and control from God is that one is a dictartorship while the other is Fatherhood. One controls by force while the other guides by grace and love. One pushes and pulls you into despair and emptiness while the other guides and leads you into an eternal hope.

The only way to attain true freedom is through Jesus Christ and through Him we can experience, not only an escape from forceful control, but also the restrictions of religion. Now at this point many are at odds to my last few previous words, but it is the truth. How? Jesus condemned the Pharisees and Suddecees for imposing religious restrictions on others and taught that only through Him can one be saved and live a life that is pleasing to the Father.

When we come to know Jesus Christ personally we can then begin to live and walk in the Spirit and at that moment begin to be transformed into His image. Living in the Spirit helps enable us to live according to the scripture, this is not to say that we will not stumble, but it is to say that we will continue to get back up and move forward in the grace of God, striving to come to full maturity in Christ, not as a means to gain eternal life, but to be a child of God that lives a life after the Spirit.

Only Jesus Christ can free us from the bondage of sin and the flesh as well as the restrictions imposed on us by organized religion. The first churches were designed to gather together as believers and build one another up in Christ and to help encourage and teach one another. The church was not designed or intended to judge one another and to act self righteous and try and impose non-scriptural man made creeds upon one another. This is not to say that we allow sin to abound in the church by no means, but to find that happy medium that we help each other overcome sin in our lives without judging or shunning.

“But now having been set free from sin, and having become slaves of God, you have your fruit to holiness, and the end, everlasting life. For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 6:22-23)

No matter how much one may deny God and try and find freedom elsewhere. No matter how far one may go they can’t escape the presense of the Almighty nor can they escape the flesh that clings to them without coming to Christ and being cleansed by His blood and being filled with His Spirit. Are you ready to experience true freedom? Jesus Christ is your answer.

Intrinsic Value and Worth

God has created us, not to be valued merely by what we do, but by who we are. Each of us are of intrinsic value and worth to God regardless of our “status”. God has created us to love and to be loved by Him for all eternity regardless of what mistakes we may make or how great we become according to the world’s standard. Know that you are loved and that God is for you and with you till the end onto eternity.

It’s A Trap!

One of the famous phrases from the Star Wars franchise, “It’s a trap!” Sometimes we can come to a point in life as though we feel trapped with no way out and no matter how much we pray it doesn’t get better. Time and time again it is like a wall has been set up and life itself is on the track to take us down and under as we grip in fear. But be rest assured that when we feel trapped, God is at work in our life.

Tea is Always a Good Idea

“And Moses said to the people, ‘Do not be afraid. Stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which He will accomplish for you today. For the Egyptians whom you see today, you shall see again no more forever. The Lord will fight for you and you shall hold your peace.’ And the Lord said to Moses, ‘Why do you cry to Me? Tell the children of Israel to go forward. But life up your rod, and stretch out your hand over the sea and divide it. And the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea.” (Exodus 14:13-16 NKJV).

As it was for Moses and the Israelite’s, the same goes for many of us today. We feel trapped and feel the pressure of life closing in on us. The more we cry out to God the more He seems silent, but it may be just that we have approached the situation in the incorrect manner. The people cried out to Moses and then Moses cried onto God, but God response helps clarify the matter when He ask Moses, “Why do you cry to Me?” Perhaps, instead of crying to God we should look to Him for guidance, thank Him, and move forward in faith.

Maybe the wall you face today is more likely an illusion built up by your own fears within and the way through it is not by crying to God, but moving forward in faith while keeping your sights set on Him. When we thank Him for what has not occurred yet and move forward in faith, many of times that is when the door opens and the wall crumbles right before you. Don’t cry and instead move with a thankful heart.

The question to ask yourself now is, “What walls are holding you back? Have you been crying out to God?” It’s time to praise and trust Him as you move forward to what He has prepared before you. If the Israelite’s would have not obeyed and just sat there in fear they would have been slaughtered or captured and taken back into captivity. It’s time to break free and move onward to the promise land that awaits you. God bless!

God Focused Life

The more we allow the world to consume us with its delusions, the more we will fall into despair. Many of people have sought after possessions, power and pleasure in order to satisfy the soul, but in the end have reached the point of realization that the latter part was even worse off than the prior. No matter how far one may climb up the ladder of this world, when he arrives at the top, there he finds nothing but emptiness and confusion.

“He only is my rock and my salvation; He is my defense; I shall not be greatly moved.”

Psalms 62:2 NKJV

Only by focusing our attention and giving our entire self’s to God can we find true fulfillment and peace. In Him there is no ladder to climb, but rather only a process of growth that leads us into His eternal presence in which we abide with Him forever.

In Him we can and will find complete satisfaction as He is not only the Creator and Sustainer of life, but He is that in which the fulfillment of all life dwells. Seek Him and He will be found. Know Him and know the meaning of life itself. Walk with Him and you will ultimately be led into His eternal presence.

Striving To No Where

The why answers the what and the effort determines the distance. But the incorrect reason to why we do something can take us to the incorrect what while causing the effort to be in vain ultimately bringing us to no where. Clarify the why to better understand the what in order to embark forward on your journey.

Awake In The Midst Of Prosperity

Economic times seem to be booming within America and throughout the world as business continue to grow at rapid rates and spending is on a roll. Even though there are rumors of war, famines throughout the world and climate change and earthquakes increasing, there are still many who are claiming peace and security. But, although there is much prosperity at the moment, let us not fall asleep as many do and have and always remain watchful.

“For when they say, “Peace and safety!” then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape. But you, brethren, are not in darkness, so that this Day should overtake you as a thief. You are all sons of light and sons of the day. We are not of the night nor of darkness. Therefore let us not sleep, as others do, but let us watch and be sober. For those who sleep, sleep at night, and those who get drunk are drunk at night. But let us who are of the day be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love, and as a helmet the hope of salvation.”

I Thessalonians 5:3-8 NKJV

We are in times of turmoil regardless of the prosperity as the world is on the brinks of collapse economically, environmentally, and governmentally. The world has entered a time of either reconstructing it’s entire infrastructure or becoming extinct. At this very moment that is exactly what the UN is trying to accomplish through the it’s Agenda 2030. Overtime the world will need to enter a complete unified system under a one world government or face self destruction.

Where I am trying to go with this is that many and most people that I have talked to over the recent year have no idea of this agenda or many of the problems facing our world. Most are basking in the glory of prosperity and the current false sense of peace that alludes us into thinking all is well. There are even many people that claim to be Christian that don’t even know about the technological advancements of a cashless society and one world currency, and when told about these things believe it to be a good thing.

We are told specifically to stay awake and to be watchful and to pay attention to the signs of the times. The devil wants us asleep, he wants us to become blind to what is going on and instead enjoy the riches and to be more concerned about what Trump said or what the Kardashians are doing than what is really going on. Keep people tranquil and confused and they will never know what hit them.

Now, at the same time I’m not saying that we live a life rooted in fear and worry and become a doomsday shelter dweller by no means. But I am saying that we should be watchful and alert to what is going on and tell others about Christ and the coming tribulation before it’s too late. While at the same time we should try and enjoy The blessings of God and to continue living and supporting our families. It is finding the fine balancing to all things. It is being watchful while trusting the Lord. It is telling others while not becoming too engulfed in what is going on.

We are inching ever closer to the last days and we should be awake to what is going on while always remaining level headed in due process. We must always keep the Lord as God in our life and to not allow circumstances to rule us. Balance is key and remaining awake is our purpose.
